How group training works

As a Group Training Organisation, TAPS is the employer. You host them in your business and pass on the trade.

We employ the apprentice

TAPS recruits, interviews and employs them. You host them in your business for as long as the work suits.

We manage payroll and admin

The Construction Industry Training Board funds training and support for South Australia's building and construction industry, including programs for apprentices and their employers.

We provide ongoing support

Our Field Officers check in regularly with you and your apprentice, and step in early if anything needs sorting.
