Host Employer WHS Induction
Complete the induction online and a copy is automatically emailed to TAPS and to your own email address. You can also download and print a copy to send back to us.
Apprentice Application for Leave
Complete the Employee Leave Application online and a copy of the completed form is automatically emailed to TAPS and to your own email address.
Apprentice Timesheet
Log your hours in the online timesheet system. If you would rather fill one in by hand, download a copy of the TAPS apprentice timesheet.
WHS Induction - Work Observation Participant
Before a work observation participant starts with you, complete their WHS induction online. A copy is emailed to TAPS and to your own email address.
